VI COMMANDO

Lt-Col. Timothy E. Fetherstonhaugh, formerly of the Queens Rifle Regiment, was given the task of forming No.6 Commando which he undertook on 26^th July 1940.

He is noted as leaving for embarkation leave before going “overseas” on 26^th February 1942.
