Dawson
, formerly of the Lancashire Fusiliers, was posted to No.6 Commando from
16th August 1940
.
As a serving Commando Captain he served as the Administrative Officer from, at least,
21st January 1942
until the
1st February 1944 when
it was noted that Capt. P.G. Dawson left his position as the Administration Officer of No.6 Commando to take up his new post as Administration Officer of the Holding Commando.
