VI COMMANDO

2nd -Lt. Earl A. Ferguson, formerly of the US 168^th Rifle Regiment of the Iowa National Guard, served with No.2 Section of No.7 Troop of No.6 Commando from, at least, 8th November until , at least, 30th December 1942.

He was promoted to the Commanding Officer of No.9 (US) Troop of No.6 Commando from, at least, 27^th October 1942 , following the wounding of Lt. Paul E. Batchelor.
