VI COMMANDO

Lt. A. Greenhalgh

Lt. A. Greenhalgh, formerly of the Royal Artillery, served with No.6 Commando from, at least, 30th August 1941 when it was reported that he was unable to instruct a mountain climbing course as he had been injured from a grenade fragment on Thursday, 28th August 1941. 

On Monday, 1st September 1941 he was arrested in Military Hospital at Drymen for conduct unbecoming. However, he was still serving in No.6 Commando on 16th August 1942 .

At some point, as a Major he served in No.5 Troop of No.6 Commando.
