VI COMMANDO

Lt. A. Greenhalgh, formerly of the Royal Artillery, served with No.6 Commando from, at least, 30^th August 1941 when it was reported that he was unable to instruct a mountain climbing course as he had been injured from a grenade fragment on Thursday, 28^th August 1941. 

On Monday, 1^st September 1941 he was arrested in Military Hospital at Drymen for conduct unbecoming. However, he was still serving in No.6 Commando on 16^th August 1942 .

At some point, as a Major he served in No.5 Troop of No.6 Commando.
