VI COMMANDO

Capt. Nigel F. Read, formerly of the Royal Norfolk Regiment, served in No.6 Commando from at least March 1943.
He was made Troop Captain of No.4 Troop of No.6 Commando by DMR during the re-organisation of the Commando on 21st June 1943 until 3rd December 1943 – when he leaves the Commando to take up his new post at Special Service Group HQ as the GSO3 (SD&T).
