Prt. A. Lewis served with No.1 (later known as No.101) Troop of No.6 Commando from, at least, November 1940 until, at least, 6th September 1941.
On 23rd November 1940 a Board of Enquiry was established by Commando HQ to investigate Prt. A. Lewis and 11 ORs - the outcome of the Board is not known.
