| Prt. Eric George McI "Jock" Thomson, formerly of the Black Watch (Royal Highlanders), served with No.3 Troop of No.6 Commando from, at least, January 1945. Eric was KIA on 24th January 1945 whilst serving in Philip Pritchard’s Section of No.3 Troop during the attack on Montfort (Netherlands), aged 21 years.
